BBC launches RaW campaign on 1st October
From the 1st of October there will be trails and programmes on the BBC's televison and radio channels
Reading and Writing - the BBC's new literacy campaign
'Keep your eyes and ears peeled from the 1st October when RaW will come a-knocking on every U.K television and/or radio set with hundreds of trails across BBC One, Radio 1, Five Live, 1Xtra, Asian Network and 6Music.
And, if that wasn't enough Test the Nation is broadcasting its literacy special on the 8th, kicking off RaW's programming.'
The RaW pages on the BBC's website are aimed at learners, whilst the campaign pages include a welcome pack for tutors. You can download this, along with quizzes and information on the campaign.
