About Us
International Learning Centre is a leading provider of education and training services, delivering across the North West since 2002. We currently support over 6,000 adult learners a year who are unemployed or in employment.
We specialise in Skills for Life and ESOL delivery, being one of the largest providers in the North West UfI learndirect network. We have also delivered Skills for Life alongside vocational qualifications at Level 2 and Level 3 to work based learners as part our Train to Gain contracts.
Since August 2010, we have delivered the Employability Skills Programme across Greater Manchester at our learndirect and Flexible New Deal centres to provide additional support in literacy, language (ESOL) and numeracy at entry level to Level 1 and 2 to people claiming benefits.
Our centres are based in some of the most deprived wards of Greater Manchester, Liverpool and Warrington. We work closely with community and faith organisations and have mainly supported BME groups, lone parents, migrant workers and long-term unemployed adults.

Quality delivery
We deliver contracts on behalf of DWP, SFA, UfI Learndirect and local authorities. Our quality accreditations include: Matrix (Internal & External Services), Investors in People, ISO9001. We are proud to have achieved a Grade 2 in our Ofsted Inspection (August 2009) for our work based learning delivery.
Accredited Training
We offer accredited training from entry level to level 4 across a broad range of occupational sectors and have multiple awarding body status including:

- Institute of Learning & Management
- National Open College Network
Professional Development
We have delivered capacity building and professional development in teaching and learning and management training to schools, SMEs, community and voluntary organisations. We offer City and Guilds PTLLS and CTLLS training at Levels 3 and 4 to individuals and organisations.
