Summations Ltd aims to offer quality support to meet the needs of a range of organisations, particularly Learning and Skills providers. We provide quality support that will help take your provision to the next level. Our range of services includes support for staff development, facilitation and project/interim management.

Staff development
If you would like to develop your staff, we can:

Who are we?
Summations Ltd brings together the skills, knowledge and expertise of its two Directors: Caryn and Mike Loftus. Each Director has their own specialisms but together can provide a full service to organisations who have the idea for a project but need help in business/financial planning and support to help a team plan how they are going to achieve their aims.
Caryn has worked in the field of adult literacy and numeracy as a tutor, manager and adviser for over twenty years. She has undertaken a wide range of projects both in the North East and nationally on behalf of LSIS, CfBT, NIACE, the Basic Skills Agency, the Learning and Skills Council and individual providers. Caryn can call on a team of Associates who are all experienced trainers, facilitators and advisers.
Mike has over fifteen years experience as a senior manager at a college in the further education sector with Beacon status and judged by Ofsted to be Outstanding in all aspects of its provision. He has been responsible for many developments in the finance and MIS operations of the College. Since May 2010, Mike has provided interim support to several colleges and worked as an Improvement Adviser for LSIS.
