Advanced Practitioner Communities of Practice
You are invited to apply for one of 50 fully subsidised places on the Communities of Practice strand of a new, exciting professional development programme for advanced practitioners commissioned by the Education and Training Foundation (ETF) and delivered by touchconsulting and CETTAcademy.
This strand is designed for those operating in Advanced Practitioner type roles. Whether you are already practising as an Advanced Practitioner or you're someone who is starting out in this role within your organisation or network, this programme will enable you to join a growing movement of like-minded professionals who are passionate about teaching and learning and are engaging in real quality improvement.
Communities of Practice are networks of practitioners across the whole education and training landscape, including action research groups, that will drive change, influence others, manage resistance and enhance self-awareness to achieve outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practice. They will develop professionalism by improving their own and peers’ knowledge, skills and behaviour in the following three domains:
- supporting effective and innovative CPD;
- cascading effective Teaching, Learning & Assessment (TLA);
- leading improvement for individuals, teams, organisations and/or networks.
This offer is fully subsidised by the ETF and there are no membership fees, so it’s a highly cost-effective way for you to support a quality improvement movement.
There has been a high level of interest and we only have 50 places to allocate. Places will be prioritised for those not already engaged with any of the programme strands and on a first come first served basis.
The deadline is Monday 4th June at 5pm for all applications to be received.
You will be notified by Monday 11th June if you have been successful and further information will then be sent to you.
