OTLA English and maths

Fifty-one providers have joined the latest Outstanding Teaching Learning and Assessment (OTLA) English and maths project, with teams from across the country joining forces in Zoom rooms to develop new support models to improve learner engagement in  English and maths.

The OTLA (English and maths) programme, commissioned by the Education and Training Foundation and managed by a consortium led by Claire Collins Consultancy, aims to systematically improve the teaching, learning and assessment of English and maths through action research. Projects are designed to have reach both within and between organisations. Learners also play an integral role within projects, helping ensure that practices developed are learner-centred, inclusive and supportive of their progress.

You can find out more about the programme, the projects and the providers involved by taking a look at the latest OTLA English and maths update.
