National Numeracy is an independent charity that focuses on adults and children with low levels of numeracy.
National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics
NRDC was the national centre dedicated to research and development in adult literacy, numeracy and language. It closed at the end of 2015.

The Reading Agency is an independent charity working to inspire more people to read more. It is funded by the Arts Council and the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council.
