Welcome to the Skills for life Network e-news update.
You can catch up with the latest news on ESOL funding and on Skills for Life teacher qualifications in this edition of the update. Remember that you can find out about professional development opportunities available to you through the Skills for Life Quality Improvement Programme (SfLIP) at www.sflip.org.uk.
The regional SfLIP is currently seeking expressions of interest from organisations wishing to access support for Training Needs Analysis for their Skills for Life staff. Full details are in the article - deadline for expressions of interest is the 30th of March.
If you're looking to undertake a Level 4 Numeracy Subject Specialist qualification, do take a look at the information on the fast track residential programme on offer in the region. This runs over 11 days from April to June - there may be funding available from the Qualification Support Fund, but do hurry if you wish to apply!
Finally, many thanks to everyone who responded to the member request for help with sourcing NHS contextualised Skills for Life Awareness Training materials. Your time and professionalism are very much appreciated.
Happy surfing!
