ESOL Update from the Learning and Skills Council
On 26 March Bill Rammell, Minister for Further and Higher Education, published the Race Equality Impact Assessment (REIA) and announced new measures that will be put in place to address the concerns raised around the changes to English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) funding
