Welcome to the Skills for Life Network E-News Update

In this edition of the e-news update we have information on the latest Learning and Skills Council Fact Sheet on funding for Skills for Life provision within Train to Gain. There are new flexibilities associated with this, and the information should be of interest to all providers involved in Train to Gain delivery. See the article below for more details.

Teacher training: you'll find info on Maths Bridging courses running in 2008/2009 at Northern College. Also, Park Lane College Leeds have a City and Guilds 7305 Additional Diploma in Teaching Mathematics (Numeracy) in the Lifelong Learning Sector (ADTLLS) course starting in November - see the article on Skills for Life Teacher Training in the Yorkshire and the Humber region.
