The Education and Training Foundation has commissioned the design and production of an additional ten modules to stretch and challenge maths and English development up to Level 3. Your feedback on the proposals would be very welcome, and you are invited to complete a short survey to make sure the new resources will meet your needs.

Digital literacy funding for adults
The Government has announced it will fully fund IT courses for adults so that digital literacy is put on a similar level to English and Maths. The programme will be funded from the existing £1.5 billion annual Adult Education Budget.

OECD report highlights low literacy and numeracy levels
Levels of low literacy and numeracy found among young adults in the UK were among the worst in Europe, says the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.
