CTP are an established national training provider specialising in the delivery of flexible, online courses and tutor-led vocational qualifications. We offer a mixture of online, 1:1 delivery and classroom-based training with a key emphasis on providing specialist support on a learner by learner basis.
We are looking for an individual with experience of conducting formative and summative IQA on reformed Functional Skills in English and maths. You will be a highly proactive and enthusiastic individual, with the ability to work flexibly and apply your own initiative. Experience of conducting remote IQA would be advantageous.
Essential Criteria
Education / Qualifications
• GCSE (or L2 equivalent) English and maths A-C / 9-4
• IQA qualification or equivalent
Job Related Skills and Knowledge
• Experience of maintaining detailed sampling records
• Experience of preparing for and supporting EQA visits
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience
• Current experience of conducting Functional Skills IQA sampling

• Passionate about supporting learners to achieve and progress
• The ability to handle a fast paced environment and work flexibly
• Able to plan your own workload to ensure timely completion of all personal and company targets and goals

Other Requirements
• Must hold a clean driving licence and have access to their own vehicle
• This role is dependent on successful references, DBS and Home Office checks as applicable.
Desirable Criteria
Education / Qualifications
• Teaching qualification equivalent to L5 DET/PGCE
• Assessor qualification or equivalent
• L3 or above subject specialist qualifications in English and maths
• Hold IT qualifications
• Hold an IAG L3 qualification
