Train the Trainers in Advanced Practice

The #APConnect Northstar Train the Trainers in Advanced Practice pathway is an exciting, fresh and cutting-edge professional development opportunity for experienced Advanced Practitioners.

The team at touchconsulting Ltd is delighted to launch the penultimate pathway of the Education and Training Foundation’s #APConnect year 4 programme: the Northstar Train the Trainers in Advanced Practice pathway.  Up to 25 fully subsidised places are available for Advanced Practitioners (APs) and those operating in AP-type roles. The programme is designed for experienced APs who are (ideally) graduates of the #APConnect Programme.

What’s involved?

You’ll have the opportunity to access the Northstar professional development units, PD1, PD2 & PD3:

  • PD1 0.5 asynchronous, initial study
  • PD2 full day face-to-face in central Birmingham; either 26th January or 2 nd February 2022
  • PD3 10-3.50pm via Zoom

An experienced mentor will support you in training and developing 3-4 other APs in your workplace or networks, and you’ll be asked to submit one summative impact story of your Northstar experience.
