Three cohorts of Advanced Practitioners (APs) have now undertaken the first two days of a new 3-day CPD programme from the Education and Training Foundation. New and experienced APs from across England and the sector attended the training, with representation from offender learning, Adult and Community Learning, Independent Training Providers, the Third sector and Colleges.
This research outlines the use and perceived impact of advanced practitioners to date, highlights effective practice, and provides practical illustrations and learning points for others seeking more effective ways to work with teachers, coaches, assessors and trainers to develop their practice.
