Discover how you can use mobile phones and other handheld devices to enhance your offering for Skills for Life learners

With hands-on demonstrations and case histories from the UK and around the world, Getting to Grips with M-learning is being held at Tower Hamlets College in London on the 24th of February 2006.

The seminar is being offered by Tribal Education:CTAD, and features:

  • a keynote address by Bob Harrison, an acknowledged leader in the field of m-learning
  • case histories – m-learning for teenage parents, m-learning in the transport industry, m-learning for young drivers
  • practical hands-on workshops – have a go at m-learning yourself and discuss with other practitioners the possibilities of incorporating m-learning within your teaching

 

There will also be the opportunity to find out more about Get Mobile:An introduction to M-Learning in Education and Training, a new M-Learning software starter pack for tutors.

The seminar registration fee is £175 plus VAT per delegate, with a 20%discounts for three or more delegates from one organisation. The fee also includes a free CD (worth £125 for a 1 tutor/20 user Licence) for Get Mobile:An introduction to M-Learning in Education and Training.
