The Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) has announced a 2.2% increase to final earnings for all AEB formula-funded provision in non-devolved areas (excluding associated learner and learning support).

In addition, there will be a 20% boost on top of earnings for provision in 6 sector subject areas, including ICT for Practitioners.

The ESFA are increasing provider earnings within AEB for academic years 2022 to 2023 and 2023 to 2024, in non-devolved areas. This will give providers an increase in funding before they introduce the new funding rates that will apply to the ESFA skills fund for the academic year 2024 to 2025.
