Essential Digital Skills Toolkit

Digital Skills Toolkit

About

This downloadable Essential Digital Skills Toolkit, based on the DfE framework, has been developed to enable individuals, groups and organisations to measure their digital skills .

The Toolkit was produced by the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) in consultation with over 60 organisations. It was created with real people in mind, and the SCVO team have tried to make it as user-friendly and accessible as possible. They encourage you to use it, to modify it and come back to them with your feedback and suggestions.

The Toolkit can be used by individuals and organisations running digital skills projects in their communities and workplaces, and can help to:

  • identify a skills gap
  • benchmark against other organisations
  • evidence a need
  • and to measure the success of an intervention.
