The Family Maths Toolkit website from National Numeracy has ideas and free activities to help families enjoy maths together.
The site has three main sections:
- advice for families
- activities for children
- information for schools.
The advice section includes information on how maths helps, talking about maths, helping with maths homework, how the national curriculum works, current teaching methods and improving your own maths.
There are also links to commercially produced resources.
