Vocational Communities of Practice

Are you interested in being part of a Community of Practice for your vocational subject area? This new group of teachers and Advanced Practitioners in FE would love you to join them!

The #VocShareFE group is newly formed and meetings are online. The aim is to create a space where practitioners can support each other, share ideas and tackle ‘Wicked Problems’ within their curriculum area.  A Wicked Problem is a problem in your subject area that’s constant, that no one has managed to fix yet and potentially impacts on everything e.g. Sport students attend all sport fixtures and training but not all lessons.
