Two national training events with a focus on converged provision

London Wednesday 21 September 2005

Liverpool Thursday 13 October 2005

These LSDA Key Skills Support Programme (KSSP) events will be of particular interest to practitioners who have already attended the Skills for Life Quality Initiative ‘Key Skills Training for Skills for Life practitioners’ in 2004 and 2005. The events will cover:

  • key skills implementation, delivery and assessment
  • converging key skills and Skills for Life provision
  • the contribution to the learner experience of the wider key skills and the use of e-resources

The events are not aimed at those with extensive experience of delivering key skills.

Places are limited to 50 at each event and bookings will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Key Skills events are FREE to state funded schools and colleges in England, and £50 otherwise.
