University of Sunderland Initial Teacher Training
Mentor Support Programme

All trainee teachers within Post Compulsory Education and Training (PCET) must have a dedicated mentor to guide, support and provide feedback during their training. This is an invaluable and important role within Initial Teacher Training.

A positive mentoring experience can transform the development of a training teacher.
