This second North East autumn network meeting has been arranged as the November meeting is now fully booked.

INVITATION

to all numeracy/mathematicsteachers and trainers

The NCETM free Numeracy/Mathematics Subject Network meetings continue as part of the LSIS (formerly QIA)Teaching & Learning Programme and we invite you to join us on Friday 5th December at the Science Learning Centre North East, Front Street, Pity Me, Durham DH1 5BZ from 10 am till 4 pm.

This second North East autumn network meeting has been arranged as the November meeting is now fully booked.

The agenda for the day will include

  • Promoting active teaching and learning approaches
  • Sharing practice from around the region
  • Distribution of new resources from LSIS (formerly QIA and CEL)
  • New features of the Subject Learning Coaches programme
  • Update from the Functional Skills Support Programme
  • Action research projects and funding available
