Next Step: Telephone Helpline

Skills for Life Network

From 12 September 2011, the telephone helpline numbers for both young people and adults will be aligned under the Next Step service number 0800 100 900.

The move towards the launch of the National Careers Service in April 2012 involves providing a single point of access for young people and adults. Young people will be signposted to this through the Next Step website and Directgov website.
