Free consultation events and the opportunity for Skills for Life teacher trainers, awarding bodies and other stakeholders to have their say on the draft revised specifications

Revision of the Subject Specifications for Teachers of Adult Literacy, Numeracy and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) at levels 3 and 4 of the National Qualifications Framework

Standards Verification UK (SVUK) is undertaking a web consultation on the revision of the Subject Specifications for teachers and supporters of adult literacy, numeracy and ESOL.

‘We wish to consult widely on the first draft of the revised subject specifications. A web consultation will open in early February when downloadable versions of the draft specifications and web consultation documents will become available. Respondents can consider the draft revised specifications and complete a questionnaire.

The web consultation will close on 3rd March 2006. Contributions from all those with an interest in the development of the subject specifications will be greatly welcomed.

All three events are now fully booked. Locations and dates are as folddThe three events are as follows:

  • York Monday 20th February
  • Birmingham Thursday 23rd February
  • London Friday 24th February
