T level Professional Development – Future Delivery Options
The DfE is considering its options for the continued provision of professional development support to Further Education (FE) providers who deliver T Level courses.

Functional Skills Training
Nottingham Trent University are looking for a delivery partner with the ability to design and deliver a high-quality and engaging delivery model that provides a predominantly online/blended functional skills training solution for apprentices. Providers should also be able to offer a full delivery solution, from initial assessment to examination and certification.

Digital Connect project – North East Derbyshire, Bolsover District Council
This project aims to address digital exclusion for adults within the North East Derbyshire District who are older, disadvantaged and vulnerable people. The project will offer digital awareness, advice, training and support to adults who are digitally excluded, equipping people with the skills and confidence to effectively use IT to enhance their health and wellbeing and access support, information, services and networks.

Education & Skills Funding Agency Provision for Adults
Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole Council (BCP Council) is seeking a supplier to provide Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) Provision for Adults.
Skills & Learning Adult Community Education is the merged local authority adult learning service covering all of Bournemouth, Dorset, Christchurch & Poole.
It holds a contract for the delivery of ESFA funded provision for Adult Skills provision within Dorset. Some of the funding received is allocated to third parties to enable the Service to increase its reach to priority learners.

Curriculum Leaders and Managers
The Education and Training Foundation are looking to appoint a supplier to run face-to-face and live online training sessions, both directly to specific organisations and open sessions for a wider audience. The training sessions are designed to support curriculum leaders and middle managers to become knowledgeable, self-aware, and able to implement T Levels within their organisations. The two key areas the training will focus on are designing the curriculum and working with employers.

The Education and Training Foundation are looking for a delivery partner to provide an initial introduction programme for all those planning, delivering or supporting T Levels. This programme will include learning activities, formative assessment tools, and support.

Sheffield City Council leads an extensive and well-established programme of commissioned services from a network of providers throughout private, public, voluntary and community sectors.

Employability, adult skills, community learning & careers guidance
Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council are tendering for a range of projects supported by the European Social Fund and ERDF European Regional Development Fund. Projects will help to deliver employability support (age 16+), adult skills and community learning and offer support to employed individuals who wish to progress in work, move into new sectors or are at risk of redundancy, along with supporting Careers Information Advice and Guidance to all age groups. This will also include Consultancy services required to facilitate the delivery of the above requirements.

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) intends to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to procure Work Focused Activities in Jobcentre Plus Districts in England, Scotland and Wales.

The Delivery Partners Dynamic Purchasing System (DPDPS) is currently open until May 2026. Current contracts are with a range of commissioners including but not limited to DWP, ESFA and HMPPS. The three business areas are Children’s and Young Peoples Services. Employability, Health and Wellbeing and Learning and Skills.

Apprenticeship Training Provision
The Borough Council of Gateshead are an Apprenticeship Levy paying organisations. The Council is establishing a pseudo-DPS to establish a framework of approved providers of apprenticeship training.

Adult Learning and Skills Activities in Community Settings – Sheffield City Council
Sheffield City Council’s grant for the 19+ Adult Education Budget (AEB) for both formula funded and non-formula funding will fund learning for Adults 19+ who live in South Yorkshire, so that they can improve their skills, get back to work or remain and progress in work. The Council is now inviting suppliers to apply to their Dynamic Purchasing Service.

The Ministry of Justice (the “Authority”) is seeking to establish the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System (PEDPS) for the provision of education, Information, Advice and Guidance and resettlement services to those in custody in England.

West Yorkshire Combined Authority is seeking provision of adult skills training and commissioned activities to support individuals to gain the skills needed for life and work, including : progressing towards, entering into and sustaining work; upskilling or retraining in order to advance their career.
