Delivery of the Multiply Programme

Hampshire County Council Children’s Services Department are seeking Ofsted registered training providers, rated good or above, to deliver the Multiply programme.

Multiply is a national government-funded scheme aimed at helping adults improve their numeracy skills. The funding is available for adults (aged 19 and over) who do not currently have a Level 2/GCSE maths at grade 4 (previously known as grade C).

The Framework will commence on 1st July 2023 and will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years.

Multiply (adult numeracy) ‘What Works’ programme of RCTs and trials – Management of Intervention Delivery

As part of the Multiply Programme, the Department for Education (DfE) wishes to commission a programme of randomised controlled trials (RCTs) and other experimental trials, including quasi-experimental trials and A/B trials to improve understanding of what works in improving adult numeracy.

DfE Skills Bootcamps

The Department for Education invite suppliers who are interested in delivering Skills Bootcamps in the skills categories below to apply to qualify onto the Skills Bootcamps Dynamic Purchasing System. While unconfirmed, suppliers should be aware there is a possibility of further call off competitions this year (earliest July) and only suppliers who are qualified onto the Dynamic Purchasing System at that point would be able to apply.

– Transport and Logistics (for HGV driving)

Employability, adult skills, community learning & careers guidance

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council are tendering for a range of projects supported by the European Social Fund and ERDF European Regional Development Fund. Projects will help to deliver employability support (age 16+), adult skills and community learning and offer support to employed individuals who wish to progress in work, move into new sectors or are at risk of redundancy, along with supporting Careers Information Advice and Guidance to all age groups. This will also include Consultancy services required to facilitate the delivery of the above requirements.
