Regional Specialist Lead Programme

The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) has Regional Specialist Leads (RSLs) for maths and English in each of the English regions. ETF is considering going out to tender to ensure best value in the continued delivery of the RSL programme. The incumbent delivery partner is under contract until 31st March 2022. If the work area does go out to tender, ETF would expect to award a 3-year contract to the successful bidder.

Works Better For All

The Council of the Borough of Kirklees is seeking to work with a maximum of two suitable Delivery Partners for a delivery period of 23 months to work with us, at risk, to co-design, develop and deliver the Kirklees Council response to the European Social Fund, Enhanced Local Flexibility for the Unemployed Call which if successful would be part funded through European Social Fund (“ESF”). If successful this funding would enable the Council to further develop an integrated employment and skills offer, and would inform a future devolved employment and skills service. This could bring together information, advice and guidance alongside the delivery of employment, skills, apprenticeships and wider support for individuals and employers.
