Vital Link is a reader development and adult basic skills initiative run by The Reading Agency and The National Literacy Trust. It aims to promote reader development work in libraries to support and motivate emergent adult readers. The Vital Link web site offers suggestions on books, non-fiction and fiction, that are suitable for Skills for Life learners.
