Newcastle College is one of the best performing FE colleges in the UK. We are ranked in the top ten per cent nationally of all General Further Education Colleges for 16-18 year old learning and are one of only a few FE Colleges in the UK to offer full time courses for 14-16 year olds. We are one of the largest providers of degrees in the FE sector anywhere in the UK and were one of the first colleges to be awarded Foundation Degree Awarding Powers. We have over 18,000 students and 1,150 employees. We have excellent links with over 1,000 regional businesses and skill the future workforce of thousands more.
