CPD Programme

Skills for Life Network

This strand of activity has enabled a further 73 colleagues to develop their AP skills with the support of a 3-day (part residential) taught programme, a mentor, the Toolkit and Guides and the ability to network with AP colleagues through Canvas Learner Management System.

This strand of the programme therefore had the advantage of supporting face-to-face skills development, with peers on the programme. Each person attending this programme was also supported to carry out a small-scale quality improvement project with colleagues within their institution, with many of them working in concert with other APs as art of a funded Collaborative Project.
