National Numeracy is an independent charity established in 2012 to help raise low levels of numeracy among both adults and children and to promote the importance of everyday maths skills. It aims to identify the numeracy skills everybody needs on a daily basis and to provide effective, accessible and scalable tools for people to use.Â
This review of the evidence base for interventions intended to improve numeracy skills among adults aims to inform the development of policy in this area as part of the Multiply programme.Â
