Outcomes of the QCA led public consultation on a proposed new Framework for Achievement for young people and adults

The report is a summary of the responses to the consultation, which was open until the 28th of February 2005.

“The framework will fundamentally change the way that qualifications and other learning outcomes are recognised and organised.

Working closely with the Learning and Skills Council and the Sector Skills Development Agency, QCA aim to simplify the system so that it is more responsive to employer and learner needs and so that everyone can understand the value of their achievements. This structure will be a much more flexible and inclusive system.”
