This questionnaire is aimed at people with a strategic interest in teaching or supporting learners with English and maths at any level and in any context. By completing this questionnaire you will help the Education and Training Foundation refine its programme of services to better meet the needs of teachers and trainers – and their leaders – working to improve the English and maths of their students and trainees.
These programmes offer literacy, numeracy and Functional Skills teachers the opportunity to become fully qualified more quickly. Courses are delivered by the Essential Skills Resource Centre, University of Warwick, who have successfully taught programmes for the last 8 years.
The NLN materials are small, flexible ‘bite-sized’ episodes of learning, and topics include Numeracy/Application of Number, Literacy/Communication Skills, I.T. and Wider Key Skills.
